Incidental detection of multiple osteochondromas on computed tomography in a patient with systemic lupus erythematosus

   Osteochondromas are the most common benign bone tumors and are usually discovered during childhood or adolescence. Multiple osteochondromas are typically associated with hereditary multiple exostoses.


Kaposi-Stemmer sign in elephantiasis nostras verrucosa

   A 70-year-old female with a history of a 20-year venous ulcer of the right lower extremity. She presented to the emergency department with a two-day history of pain in her right leg, purulent discharge, and fever. Initially, she presented with septic shock due to skin and Soft Tissue Infection (SOFA 4 points) requiring vasopressor support.

Primary angiosarcoma of the breast in an adolescent female

   A 17-year-old female presented to the emergency room with palpable right breast masses. On physical examination, there was diffuse ecchymosis of the right breast. A firm mobile mass was present in the upper outer and upper inner quadrant of the right breast.

A case of severe intracranial hemorrhage following transfusion in a patient with β-thalassemia major

   An 11-year-old girl with a 9-year history of β-thalassemia major (β-TM) managed with irregular transfusions and iron chelation therapy, complicated by hepatic dysfunction, hypersplenism, and cholelithiasis. Two days prior to admission, she received platelet transfusion and Intravenous Immunoglobulin (IVIG) due to a platelet count of 10×10⁹/L.
